President Truman Rescinded An Order in 1952 To Shoot Down U̳F̳O̳’s After Albert Einstein Interceded

Imagine a world where mathematicians advise presidents. That seems unlikely in today’s world. Our presidents have an attitude of “can’t tell me nothing” when it comes to how they politically engage. But back in 1952, Albert Einstein was still alive. You’d have to be quite a pompous president to not listen to Albert Einstein, even back then. That’s exactly what happened.

There is a non-confrontational policy at the P̳e̳n̳t̳a̳g̳o̳n̳ for unknown objects, which was put into place in 1952. This happened after then President Harry Truman rescinded an order to shoot them down when many were sighted throughout America that year and there have been no reports since until now!

Truman rescinded his shoot-down order, according to a recently discovered historic report. The reason? Notable scientist Albert Einstein and other esteemed academics told him that it would not be good idea for the president himself take such an action as was planned in cold blood without knowing all aspects first hand or having any clear plan at all about how things will turn out if something goes wrong -which eventually happened!

It All Began with World W̳a̳r̳ II Foo Fighters

The direct Presidential involvement in the Foo Fighter situation for President Truman began when he commissioned a study into these U̳F̳O̳s that plagued both sides during World W̳a̳r̳ 11. The balls were meter-wide and would pace German planes, but also Allied ones like Britain’s Royal Air Force or America’s United States Army Air Forces (USAAF).

The idea that the objects were secret weapons being used by either side never really got resolved during World W̳a̳r̳ II.

General James Doolittle headed up an investigation into what the Foo Fighters had described. The conclusion drawn by General D, which has not been published for over 50 years until just recently in our day and age when reports like these are starting to come out again from credible sources who say they saw something themselves- his report said both sides reported feeling paced by objects but neither side knew how or why it was happening so they didn’t think much more about them than that at first though there might have even been some discussion between commanders on whether these things were part secret German weapon used against Allied forces during World W̳a̳r̳ II (I’m sure my dad would know this one better).

The mid-1950s saw the United States military being infused with U̳F̳O̳ sightings and some feared it would lead to full blown panic among citizenry. More and more, press corps in Washington D.C started demanding answers about this puzzling phenomenon plaguing American skies – but did they get them?

TRUMAN Sends A Message

President Truman’s press secretary said that they were “given” the following statement: “I can assure you, flying saucers aren’t constructed by any power on earth.”

Truman was at his Key West, Florida residence on the day in question and did not hold a Press Conference.

The day-to-day routine for the president is hectic, but each morning his Press S̳e̳c̳r̳e̳t̳ary Charles Ross would usually hold two press scrums with reporters to answer any questions that may arise. July 1952 shoot-down U̳F̳O̳ order

For the summer of 1952, there had been a large rash of U̳F̳O̳ sightings all over United States. The objects were tracked from three different locations as they flew right over The White House and other government buildings such as P̳e̳n̳t̳a̳g̳o̳n̳ on July 19th or 26 Oct
The Air Force conducted an investigation into these events which took place just before Jackie Kennedy married President John F. Kennedy On October 27 ,1961 at agents using radio- telescope observatories intercepted signals thought to come either From a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ life forms attempting communication Or possibly our own country trying unsuccessfully intercept any messages being sent by them.

“A massive build-up of sightings over the United States in 1952,” wrote Gerald K. Haines in an article for the C̳I̳A̳, “especially in July, alarmed the Truman administration.”

It led the Truman administration to give the order that the flying saucers be shot down. On July 26, 1952, the Air Force obeyed and gave the order to “Shoot them down!”

“The order from the White House to attack ex̳t̳r̳a̳t̳e̳r̳r̳e̳s̳t̳r̳i̳a̳l̳s was not only in violation of our own laws but also a breach against universal hospitality. Many prominent scientists w̳a̳r̳ned that it would result in an interstellar w̳a̳r̳ and self-preservation by a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳s,”
“I am one such scientist who protested this decision, urging them retract their command rather than incite further violence.”

“The ‘shoot them down’ order was consequently withdrawn on White House by five o’clock that afternoon.” That night the saucers were back.
